Why did you decide to work for Hanomag Heat Treatment Group as an employer?

During my master’s degree studies, I was already working on a half-day basis for the Hanomag Heat Treatment Group. At this time I was optimally supported by the flexible management of working time. After concluding my studies as an industrial engineer, I received an interesting job offer with a lot of responsibility, and that is why I decided on the Hanomag hardening plant.

What jobs do you like most in your department?

In my work in project management, I appreciate most of all the close contact with the customers and the great teamwork with all departments at the Hanomag hardening plant. For a project to run successfully, I have to maintain contact with all parties involved and react flexibly to changes. I enjoy being confronted with new challenges and expanding my knowledge.

What do you particularly appreciate about your company/employer?

I really like the flat hierarchies at Hanomag Heat Treatment Group. Every employee has the chance to speak directly with the managing director or the proprietor. In this way I have the possibility of contributing ideas and suggestions quickly and without any complications. I also appreciate my colleagues who contribute to a good working atmosphere.
