Why did you decide to work for Hanomag Heat Treatment Group?

I decided for the co-operative study program at Hanomag Heat Treatment Group for the following reasons.
After my training as an industrial clerk, which I had already completed at Hanomag hardening plant, I really wanted to start a course of studies. At the same time I found the prospects very appealing that were shown to me in a co-operative study program at Hanomag hardening plant. With the help of the co-operative study program I could get further practical experience in a well positioned, medium-sized enterprise, and at the same time deepen my knowledge in the area of business sciences.

The other decisive reason for the choice of my employer was the sporting background. With Hanomag Heat Treatment Group I found an employer where I can pursue my sports career in water polo with up to eight training sessions a week and at the same time follow my career outside of the pool.  

Hanomag Heat Treatment Group offers me a personal and informal working environment with flat hierarchies in which I can realise my potential.  

What jobs do you like most in your department?

I particularly like the different jobs in my department and the direct contact with the customers in the form of telephone calls, e-mails or meetings in the Company or externally with the customers. The free creative possibilities when working on the required tasks and the later presentation of one’s own results to direct superiors up to corporate management motivates me and is very instructive.

What do you particularly appreciate about your company/employer?

I appreciate the direct and short paths of communication in Hanomag Heat Treatment Group and the good working atmosphere, which considerably simplifies familiarisation with each new range of responsibilities. The initial change of department helped me to get an overview of the whole company and to decide quickly for a department in which I would like to start my studies.
At Hanomag Heat Treatment Group I can work independently in a team, and the diversified spectrum of responsibilities ensures that the working day stays interesting. It is also important for me that a I get support in case of questions or problems during my studies.
